For my MBA course at Edinburgh Business School and FHNW Basel I’m writing a master thesis about motivation at work. It’s no news that there is a huge generation shift happening right now. Are you interested in leadership theory around team-psychology? 2006 I attended a course called “UGL – Understanding Group and Leader” in Sweden. One model that I found very useful, and have applied to various positions in my work-life has been a version of the “FIRO-circle”. I think it gives a great “beginners perspective” to group dynamics.
